Subject: very worst behaviour and dissatisfied service we received today
Dear concern person
I would like to inform about my worst service experience and very rude behaviour from
Ahmedabad Metropolis lab today on 14 feb 2022, at 8.30 am
I and my family booked test related appointment on 12 feb 2022,
appointment time 7.30am date 14 feb 2022
We are waiting on time as mention date and time but no one respond and visit till 8.30am
We received very worst experience today from your team, No one on call respond properly.
We are from medical fraternity and respect this name METROPOLIS LAB because we are associated since more than 5 years but this was not at all expected from your team.
we faced so pathetic and not acceptable experience today from Metropolis ahmedabad
can I ex[pect anything positive reply or satisfied revert back
I will really not able to share whole experience, In future I am not able to trust this again.
