Kurl-On — a pair of kurlon furno bed mattresses

I purchased a pair of kurlon furnobed mattresses 75x35x4 from SHOBHA, Mandir Marg, near HDFC bank, old kunjpura road, Karnal on 11.01.2017 with 2 years warranty. The mattresses shape changed and these pressed from different areas and it became restless to sleep on them. I made complaint to company on toll free no.[protected] and complaint nos.4177293 and 4177295 dated 4.11.2017 were given. After so many reminders and visits to seller a person visited my house but neither any reply nor any action to repair or replace the mattresses is given. Seller called visiting person and he said nothing could be done as we cannot replaceor repair till the condition of mattresses is very miserable.
