Kurl - On — After Sale service is very worst | |||||
Hello everyone, I have bought a Kurlon mattress few months i.e on 02/04/15 which comes under warranty. I have registered a compalint through E-Mail on 21/07/15 to ([protected]@kurlon.com) and got response from one of Executive from ([protected]@kurlon.org) and I got my complaint ID TN88538 on 13/08/15. From that day I never got any response after repeated request. Moving forward If any one can help please let me know and I won't prefer this company again because After Sale service is very much important which Kurlon is not at its best.
