I have purchased 02 nos kurlon spring mettress from your out let sai bhavani group (Indian naval canteen service) at vishakhapatnam vide bill no: 956 dated 05 dec 2013. Copy of bill and guaranty card enclosed for your ready reference. Since this product is covering with 5 years guaranty.in between i have faced lot of problem in this product and i asked dealer sai bhavani group for assistance, they suggest to contact to kurlon authorised call center.
2. I launched a complained 220881 and 220886 dated 30 may 18. After that i had made nos of calls with the call center as reminder but no one has given me a responsive answer and not deployed a suitable technician to attend the complain.
3. They took 2-3 months approx to attend the complain. It shows irresponsibility of the company. Condition of the mattress is not comfortable to sleep. We feel huge body pain when sleep over night. Defects we noticed are as follows:-
A) both the sides of mattress almost gone and intended greater than 1-1/2 inches.
B) coils may be broken or bends to the side.
C) some springs becomes loosen from the center.
D) which is totally excessively lumpy feel and uncomfortable to sleep.
E) condition of the fabric is good.
4. It is requested that a suitable repair/replacement or exchange facility may be provided at the earliest.
