Dear Team,

For Mattress delivery only driver was came for delivery and ask us to come along with him, as we have only 1 staff in store we denied to go for delivery, customer called to us and complaining from 1 person how can they deliver it’s not possible later they arranged one person then delivered into customer house. Then driver said he paid the labor charges, but customer not happy with delivery service and told I didn’t expected such unprofessional service from Kurlon, I wanted another 2 mattress but I am not going to buy from you. Please look into this and inform the logistic team to send with helper to deliver the mattress.
