[Resolved]  Kurl-On — Fombed mattress size compressed and now not good to use

Fombed mattress purchased on 11/06/2020 but after 6 months one mattress size compressed and it got so soft and no one can sleep on it and also may give back injury if frequently used.

Regarding this seller was contacted so many time but had not given any help and simply said that he will do nothing. Now selling dealer advised us to lodge on line complaint.

Sir at the time of buying customer trust company due to his brand name but regret to say that your company has committed 7 year warranty and product fails in 7 months.

I think you should talk to R & D team and also please support customer with sound dealer network not like above mentioned sellers
