[Resolved] Kurl-On — kurl on mattresses

I have registered a complaint 178592 against kurl on mattresses. It's been more than 2 weeks that i am taking regular follow ups from their representatives but everytime i am getting the same response that all their technicians are occupied in some of the audits or trainings and they will reach us within 3-4 days but none of them have reached us yet. I had a word with pawan (One of the representative) on 15 apr and he told me that technician will visit us max by 17apr. When i called on 18 and 19 apr to know the updated status of my complaint, i got the same update that technician will visit us. Sometimes they even remain unaware whether the technician has visited our place or not and got the update that matter is under approval by the senior management.
While asking them to let us talk to their senior management, he told us that they can only send them email and not talk to them. I had told them to mark me in cc as well while forwarding the complaint to their senior management but i still did not get any email from their end.
Is this the way to handle customer complaints by kurl on? Are we as customers just have to call them again and again to get the resolution?
It's been more than 2 months that i am not able to utilise kurl on mattresses and waiting for the resolution.
