Dear sir/madam, I had purchased two kurl-on mattress of 78×60×6"kl with bill number 5581dated 30/11/2015 with 5 years warranty. It was promised that any damage arising during warranty period will be covered by the company. I is shrunken in the middle and become loose. The fabric inside has lost it's toughness.
