I have purched two nos mattress one dcr 250 and another karlo coir both have same size 71x78x4 on 09/05/2017 from your authorised dealer scholar stationer's gar ali, jothat, assam. Both the mattresses are sagging more than1.5". I have lodged complain and your technician visited on 01/02/2018 and submit the report. While i enquired few days ago your good office told me that replacement of dcr 250 mattress is approved and for another mattress waiting for approrval. Pl. Do the needful urgently. My mobile no.
