I want the valid reason for closing the complaint. They didn't replied me and directly closed the complaint. What action should be taken on these type of people. I had put a complaint on customer care of kurlon about kurlon mattresses complain no. is 299142. I already called two times but till now no technician has come. The problem is mattress get uprooted after use of one year. So please attend the complaint as soon as possible.
