Kurl-On — Mattresses size mismatch

Hello team

We have bought mattresses of the size 75*36 from CSD canteen, but the size of both the mattresses are wrong. One is 75*37 and other one is 76*37.

I have logged a complaint on 15 Jan 2017. Case number 2119386 but no proper reply or replacement yet.

Are you guys sleeping at kurl on?

I would be going to consumer court soon as I have not got the replacement and I am waiting like a fool. I am calling your call centre and no use.

I have purchased ortho matress from matress Junction, Bhubaneswar, TIN No-[protected] dtd 31.01.2015, the tells us the matress have 3 year warranty the mattresses have sagged from the left & right side and unusual shape . Due to sagging these are not comfortable for sleeping.
