Kurl-On — No warranty support from Kurlon mattress | |||||
I have bought a kurl-on new classic 72*75 6''inch mattress for 21, 700/- on 4th September 2015 from Punjab Handloom, Chennai and within 6 months the edges became expanded/bend, got bumps in middle and torn one side completely. Post multiple complaints engineer(Akbar) came for inspection and said this is eligible for replacement however there is no turn around.I called customer care almost 8 times, spoke to various persons and every time I hear different solution like waiting for replacement from Chennai factory(Suresh), angry answers saying no support(Feroz Khan) and finally incident 1340382 closed without any update. Again I raised a complaint and this time engineer didnt even came to my home and after 15 days I got a message saying issue has been resolved. I dropped various mails to, south manager ravi.[protected]@kurlon.org but never got any proper response. I feel cheated by the India's largest mattress company who left me with a torn & bent mattress bought for 21, 700 which is neither replaced nor repaired. As this product is under warranty(5 years i.e till 2020), I am pleasing consumer team to help me in getting a replacement. Attaching my bills and mattress photos Was this information helpful? | |||||
