I lodged a complaint stating that the quality of bed has deteriorated badly within 3 years of purchase. Kurl on asked me to send the pictures of the bed to a whatsapp number and I sent the pictures and videos too.
To my surprise, they closed my ticket within few minutes after the receipt of images. No reason/justification has been conveyed to me till date. I have been trying to reach their customer care and no luck at all even after waiting for 10 minutes.
When I call this toll free number, it says my number is blocked for non-payment. Lol.. Can't stop laughing though..
I didn't expect such an unethical practice from Kurl on and I had a worst customer experience.
