I have buy a Kurlon 'Fresh' Mattress from a local dealer. At the time of purchase the dealer gives us a Warranty Card of 7 year warranty. In this card it is mentioned that if the mattress will depress more that 1.5 inch then it will be covered under warranty. After 10 months i found that the mattress is depressing badly more than 1.5 inch. On dated 21.03.2020 I try to call on the complain nuber given on the Waranty card but the number is not responding immediately i contact the dealer is have call to the company representative and after talk he gives me a email no. to send complain but no response i will again contact the dealer and he talk to the company and then my complain has been lodged. I have sent all the photo of the mattress, bill and warranty card but after 3 months no response from the company. I feel that kurlon is now the biggest charter and fraud company in India. I would like to inform all the readers to dont buy any product of Kurlon. Try other companies which is more better than curlon. Was this information helpful? |
