Kurl-On — Replacement of my Bed under warranty claim period

Dear Kurlon Customer Service Team,
I was trying continuously from year beginning but there were no replies neither phone calls nor emails.
I have a warranty claim for my bed which is 10 years and I would like to replace it per details warranty instructions. Could any one from Kurlon team do the needful on the same to proceed further.
