Mattress damaged with in one year

Complaint raised, complaint give to customer care many times, photo and complain no update in WhatsApp no but no reply

On 21st December 2021, I raised a complaint about mattress sagging which is still in the Warranty period. I have shared all required documents and videos. But still no response from their end

Kindly do the needful

I bought a single bed matress on 11 nov 21 with two years warrenty but it becomes depressed within two months

Matress got depressed in the center

Actually I purchased a kurl on mattress last 25 day back and now the mattress is pressed downwards from one side and it is still in warranty period and it's my complaint about it I request to please take actions against it as soon as possible...

I want to mention below regarding one of the worst customer service that I am experiencing from the company & team of “Kurl-on”

On 05/04/2019, I had bought a “Kurl-on” Sofa, Model No.-Magic L-Shape Sofa from one of Kurl-On authorized dealer “Smart Furniture” located at Gulmohar Tower, Ramgarh, Jharkhand-829117.
I paid Rs.33, 000/- (Thirty Three Thousand only) against the Invoice...

Dear Sir/Madam,

We had purchased one 72 x 70 (4.5 inches) Kurl-on (foam bed) mattress bearing five years guarantee, on 25.03.2018 from M/s. Delhi Handloom House, Delhi. (bill attached)

In this regard, I am to say that the aforesaid mattress has been sagged and lost its shape.

Since, the mattress is under guarantee period, thus the same be replaced at an early date.

I have bought Kurlon Mattress ( Model : Resta K ) on 7th March 2021.

Within 6 months o[censored]sage mattress is bulging out and became uncomfortable .

I have lodged the complain in Kurlon showroom but no action has been taken for long time .After multiple time follow-up, they raised complaint but no action has been in spite of multiple reminder in whatsapp ( [protected])

Raising this issue again, Pls resolve this issue ASAP .

I got this kurlon mattress in october last week 2021...and after couple of weeks it had spots on it ...which I din bother about...now after 2 months I just open the bed spread and turn over the mattress...it is filled with fungus growth on it...full black spots on the back of mattress. I don't know what to say.

I have purchased a desire top spring mattresses from your registered dealer from variety cushion and bed center nanded maharashtra.i got a damaged product.So Kindly repalce or refund the amount.

We bought kurlon white bed one year back I.e 3rd December, 2020. Within one year stitches are out. The bed surface became uneven and it got extended out of no where. It’s completely giving discomfort

As per Kurl on I fall under...

Facing Severe back pain with Kurlo bond mattress. I purchased matress just 5 months back and it is already compressed. It is horrible experience when I tried to rest on the mattress. Kindly replace with another one as I'm under warranty.

Purchased a pair of Kurlon Ortho mattress for Rs. 13500/- from a shop in Aminabad, Lucknow, UP on 25.12.2011.
However in September, 2020 both mattress sagged, causing severe back pain n cervical pain and forcing us to change bed. Unfortunately, bill n card are not available with us. However, photos of sticker pasted on mattress are being attached. We request you to look in the matter and advise what relief may be given to us

I purchased Kurl-on STR8 pure coir mattress 5" for 12, 000/- last week from a dealer RK enterprises in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. We used it just for 2 days and it turned out to be the worst mattress. The mattress had pits and the reverse of the mattress had coir which is more sharper than a needle.

The dealer or the Kurl-on company is fooling customers by selling used or useless mattress. I lost complete trust on Kurl-on and I...

I have purchased one mattress of kurlon from your kunnamkulam (Kerala)dealer Global. But there is a issue in spring sound from our purchased bed of 3 years old(7 years warranty remain). So I have submitted a complaint but they are asking for MRP Sticker in bed which we lost. We had purchased bill and warranty card. Please help us to solve this issue.
