[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — about servicing | |||
Servicing centre ([protected]) did not respond the complaint. They did not attend the call since 30th april, 2019. Therefore, the third service has not done. There is damage of right side oil cap and the chimney is not absorbing/soaking the oil perfectly. On 30th april as no one has received the call on the above mentioned phone number, on 1st may i have contacted ([protected]) one of their employee who had come for second servicing of the chimney who answered me that due to his accident he was in his village and the office would be closed due to labour day. Thereafter, from 2nd may to till today no one has received the calls at servicing centre for which i have contacted the dealer at kendrapara in this regard on 09.05.2019, but no result.
