Your service employees krishna prasad ([protected], [protected]) came on 14th january 2020 after 1 day of servicing oil is licking from kutchina machine. Instead of servicing he damage my machine. So now from 16th january i continuously call him but he refused to come. Now my guarantee period is over on 22nd january and now he says that i have to pay for another servicing. Why should i pay because he damage my new machine? So i kindly request to do something because i am your old customer this is my second machine reg.
