[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — defective product gas leak kutchina

My name is Vinay and I own a Kutchina glass hob model 'HB 4BX DLX MF' with registered number [protected], I purchased this on 4th Jan'18 which was the happiest moment. However right after that we started to face gas leak issue from the burner we initially thought it could be because it's new but it continued so I officially launched a complaint on 17th Jan'18. Right from this moment froward my interactions with your service center team started and I did not expect it to be such a long and harassing process.
It's been 11 months and my issue still persists/exists/non-resolved, the service team response never changes (It won't happen again & everything will be fine) like its some sort of verbatim and they have been trained to say so at all times. But in all this 11 months they have failed to resolve my only issue and serious issue of gas leak, you could see in your record on the number of times I have complained officially. I have also called your technicians on numerous occasions and complained (Ph# [protected] I could pull up my phone records for this). I finally got tired of this cat and mouse game and told them to take the hob and send it for testing so they have taken it from my home as of 14th Nov and I'm using a rented stove for now.
I'm writing this email as my warranty will be expired by end of Dec'18 and issue till persists. I have been provided with a defective product as I have heard from your service team that this usually do not happen with your products. I would like you to replace it with a newer one immediately as I'm running out of time, as this is clearly not my fault and the company is putting me and my family at risk of a gas leak. Pls help me take necessary action on them.
