[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — false commitment & no after sales service | |||||
Paid rs.31290/-for titan chimney in cheque on 07.03.2017. Installed on 17.03.2017 Poor suction, despite repeated requests for periodical free service (Over telephone as well as personally reporting to rehabari sales center) still nobody comes/responds. I got job of installation including fitting of hose pipe & hooking done by my carpenter at my own cost. No expert from sales center came to verify as to whether it was proper or not. Sales representative and sales center in-charge had assured 6% cash discount. But, they paid me back neither the cash discount nor even the booking money rs.500/- which i paid in advance.
