[Resolved]  Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Faulty Chimney - Neither resolving issue nor giving Replacement

This is to inform you that I purchased a kutchina Desire 60 chimney on 21/10/2021 (Installation done on 26/10/21) After completion of installation and use, we found several issues of oil dripping / Leakage . We lodged several complaints and also 4 times engineers visited to resolve the issue, however he was not able to resolve the same, experienced engineer Chougule visited several times but results remain the same . Sometimes drips / leakage happening right sometimes left even after doing right and proper alignment for the same . This is looking like a design failure of this model. I would request you to replace my faulty chimney with the right new one asap. Engineer Chougule is well aware of the issue. We thought the issue will be resolved so waited a few months to see but unfortunately not it is repeating, so writing this email to you .

I know Kuchina is a well renowned company and takes utmost care of the customer and the issues resolution, requesting you to take care of the same asap and replace the chimney asap with new one. Your early and favorable action will be highly appreciated and will take kuchina into hew height of customer care.

Kutchina Customer care i worte mutiple emails, but they gave me docket number [protected] on 7th Oct'22 but after that no action, no one came to my home to reslolve issue . I purchased it from Phonix Appliances, Pune. I do not have Kutchina's escalation matrix, hnece cannot involve company's management. Please help asap.

Hi Customer care repeatedly giving same doct number with no action till now .. [protected]... what is happening ? Don't you have management to look into it ... i shall be outof station next couple of months, now will you rectify my isssue ? so, far you have not taken any action on this, pathetic services ... take action or else i need to go to consumer court.
