[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Gas oven problems | |||
To begin with the gas oven is of very poor quality. The gas burners completely worn off in just a year. The customer service is equally bad. They ran out of spare parts. Although parts are of poor quality, they are massively expensive. And once you are struck with the gas stove, you will have to buy their spare parts, which is recurring expenditure. Each time there is even minor problem, you are required to pay 375 rupees service charge. My parents who are old, live alone, and do not understand the operations properly. The service guy just changed the battery and made them pay 375 as service charge, plus 17 rupees for battery. Was this information helpful? | |||
