[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — installed product are not genuine | |||
I have purchased a water purifier from kutchina. Last 6 or 7 months ago one servicing done by their technician and he changed some internal candles. I paid him rs. 7800/- for this purpose. But suddenly the purifier got same problem last 15 days ago. Then i launched a complain. The complain no is [protected]. One of their technician namly mr. Achyut kalita visit my home and he says that all candles which are previously changed are not a single one is genuine kutchina product. Now i want to know how can it possible a kutchina technician can do that. So, now i want to solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
