[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — no response against complaint | |||
Our chimney is not working for last one month. We have given the complaint and one person came and checked the chimney. He told that some part is defective and he will be coming net day with new part. Now almost one month has passed and he has not returned back. We are in constant touch with local dealer but no joy. Because of faulty chimney entire kitchen has become dirty because of fumes, defeating the very purpose of the chimney. This non responsive nature of company is severely effecting the physical and mental health of the consumers who are 'senior citizens'. Was this information helpful? | |||
