I have a kutchina chimney at my kitchen, i have an amc with vertex marketting concern, authorized kutchina service center. After doing first service, the kitchen is filled up smoke oil when ever kitchen is used for making food, i have telephoned several times to customer care executive (Ph no.[protected] but they are not sending any technicians to attend my chimney.
