[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — poor service by kutchina | |||||
Sir, I have installed the kutchina smartec chimney in my kitchen on 24.4.17. My first service date of the chimney was 15.08.17 as mentioned by the kutchina serviceman. I made contact with the kutchina service center (Ph no.[protected] on 16.8.17 and they gave me docket no.23912 for my first service. The contact person told me that within 7 to 10 days there service man would attend our house. But none of there service man attend our till today. Please take some strict action against this unprofessional behavior and solve my problem as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
