Sir, My Chimney Ser No is[protected] and installation date was 06/07/09. For last six months my machine is not working. I have lodged complaints with sunny traders of Agartala, Tripura but they are telling that you are not proving spare parts and hence they are not able to repair. Whatever may be the truth I am suffering. Chimney does not start. Local agent has told that one circuit is needed to be replaced. Was this information helpful? | |||

Both the products are under AMC but after repeated times calling no person attended the problem. I have paid Rs 4500 for each product to give AMC for 3 years w.e.f. Aug 2015 but after one service Kuchina technician stopped attending the problem. Now we are purchasing water from last one month.
