[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — smartec chimney led bulb replacement with faulty one | |||
On 7th october, 2017 my smartec chimney led bulbs were replaced by mr. Hitesh thakuria against a cost of rs. 854/- within two days again few led bulbs went off. At present within one month of replacement most of the lights has gone fused. I contacted your toll free number but no proper response was received. Call center executive was insisting on revisit by company representative and and again replace the bulbs on chargeable basis. I asked for new bulbs initially and your company man replaced my faulty bulbs with new one, they how come within one month this much expensive bulbs can get fused. I need replacement of my led bulbs on free of cost. Please make the replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||
