[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — worst service and no commitment | |||||
I have bought kutchina hobs (Hb-3b-eco-bl-78), kutchina chimney (Smartec) and asked for setup kutchina modular kitchen on aug 2017 from following kutchina agent. A. Majid. Rising agency Haldia. Purba midnapur, w. B. The module kitchen setup not yet complete, though i have made the required payment on 30-jun-2017 and before. Now the kutchina hobs burner flame is coming heavily with yellow color. It is almost impossible to cook. We can't control the burner flame. It is completely stop working, if we are trying to decrease the gas. I have reported the issue to them. They were commit that kitchen setup will be done and hobs issue will be resolve by 6-sept-2017. They did not come and do not receiving my phone call from 6-sept-2017 and we are facing the issue during cooking. They not yet give us the warranty details as the work is in-progress. Please advice.
