Dear Sir,

I Applied for convocation certificate on 21-Apr-2023 and i made online payment of Rs. 2775.70 via HDFC BANK. Payment deducted from my account but on Kuvempu University portal it's status showing Pament status 'PENDING'. I email to [protected]@gmail.com but no one is responing, i received two contact numbers [protected] / [protected] but they also not giving any information, they always says we will call you but not giving any calarification.

I request you to please support me to get my convocation certificate.

I applied for a B.Sc(IT) convocation certificate on 17th Feb 2023 with application number [protected]. I needed it urgently; hence I used it for the tatkal category, which said it would be received within 48 hours; however, even after a week, I have not received it.

I didn't get any response when I contacted the KU helpdesk; they said the certificate was printed, and they shared contact details. When I tried to reach that number no response at all. I requested to share at least courier details so I can coordinate and check for it; however, there has been no response or support from the team yet.

I have already paid and have all the acknowledgments and receipts with me. My career is getting hampered because of it. Please help me.

I have not received my Convocation degree certificate and I am not able to reapply it.
Please help me as I'm helpless and not able to pursue my future studies and even career opportunities.

Atleast guide me the way to get a duplicate copy of my convocation certificate so that I can secure my futurewards.

I had applied for convocation certificate on 10th Nov 2022 however they said it was already printed in 2012 and sent to study center. However I never received it.

I spoke to them regarding the same, they suggested to make the payment again for a duplicate copy with below documents (hard copy).

1) FIR Copy
2) Affidavit
3) Payment proofs

I sent all the documents via India Post Article No. EM[protected]IN which got delivered on 26 Dec 2022

Still when I call the printing department they say, certificate already printed and please call distance department.

And when I call their distance department they tell me to call back on next month each time I call them.

I need to the certificate to submit at the bank, they won't understand the seriousness of the situation.

I applied for name change bsc(it) degree certificate. I paid 3600 rupees dated 29.11.2022. And i send all the original marks card and 10 class zerox mark certificate. Through speed post.. Dated 30.11.2022. My document reach to the Kuvempu university distance education registrar office dated 5.12.2022. I call in the office but often Mobile is off. And not reply anything.
Now i am worried for my original documents. Plz help

I have sent all certificate, form and DD at 31-10-22 and university received[protected] but till today didn't get any reply even I have sent mail to all mail ID o[censored]niversity didn't get any response

I had applied my convocation certificate having application no-[protected] on dated 17.09.2022, and also paid application frees Rs.2790/-
But still I have not received my certificates.
I have mailed many times regarding this but they are not replying.

Kindly help us to know my application status and how it will receive to me.

Is there someone from the university who can be responsible enough to understand the student concerns.
They don’t pick calls to address student issues nor reply to emails.
Please let us know if you are not planning to conduct exams or promote us for your mistakes.

Give us one valid reason for not conducting exams for 2019 UG 2nd batch .
This is totally ridiculous for making us wait for 3 years to conduct one exam and still thinking .

You have wasted our time and effort and have no right to play with students career.

University has been very careless and not conducting exams for DDE 2019 2 nd batch.
They have been constantly changing the exam dates and no communication.
We as students had to complete our 3rd year this year ..however even single exam is not conducted.

This has been very negligent behaviour from the university and affecting so many students across .
Someone should take a struck action against these guys

I Have passed M. SC.(TQM) from Kuvempu university in the year 2016 in distance mode but after hundreds of requests and mail I have yet not received the degree. the fee was deposited before the final exam. no revert also receiving from the university also. Registration id is MSTQM419

I have completed my M. Sc. degree in TQM in year Oct 2016 from Kuvempu University in distance mode but not received the degree yet after hundreds of requests and mails. The fee of the degree was deposited before the final exam. the status on website is showing that the degree has been printed. that means that the degree may have sold to someone else as a fraud. I did my BSc.IT degree course from Kuvempu university after completing my 3rd semester from NIIT SILIGURI CENTER in the year 2013 and 2014. Since I'm from Bhutan so it was difficult for me to transfer the money for entrance exam which we use to make demand draft before. Hello,
I have applied for my B.Sc IT degree convocation certificate to Kuvempu University - Distance Education Shimoga by their online portal http://oasis.logisys.org/cnv/kusdde/indexpage.php as this was the only way to apply online and paid 2000 Rs at the name of Tatkal Quota. As I needed the certificate delivered early.
But When I didn't get the certificate even after a month, I started trying to contact/chase the university...

I’m trying to get my degree certificate, however not able to receive it.
Online portal says I have already applied but I’ve never applied online. The phone numbers given in the website: no one answers or doesn’t speak in english.
