I have raised a transcript request and fees was submitted online . Also each semester marksheet was send to university for me and my wife on 20th july and same has been delivered. I also called university no [protected] but they are not giving me solution. Please help me in this

I paid my exam fees 1st it was sucessfull and then i did not get my transacrion id and 2nd time i paid my fees it was sucessfull and my money was debited it is very to refunding my money they have to add refund option in their website
