Due to snow fall in us - jfk airport, kuwait airways ku 118 landed in ottawa canada and we have been asked by kuwait airways to use the hilton hotel accomodation + food, where kuwait airways representatives told us that we can claim it later point of time (It was one night stay at hilton gardens)... But it was really terrible, i have sent around 10 mails to kuwait airways customer service department to help to sort out my claims... But till now no one responded from their side.. Kuwait airline customer service is too poor to compare... At least one line reply expected.. What a poor service... Thanks Was this information helpful? |
