[Resolved]  Kwiktype — harshness for false pay

Sir mere sath bhi kuch asi hua hai mai bhi yeh sab comment dekha hu aur kaam nai kiya ab 1 mahine baad wo log phone kar rahe hai mai unka number block kar diya hua to wo log ek mail bhaje hai ki last warning hai aap 18000 paid kar dijiye last warning hai nai to legal action hoga aur apko 3.5 lakh or 6 lakh tak ka jurmana pharna padega.
please help me what should i do ?

Same case happened with me. I submitted the online work. Then for payment vthey ask more 8000 inr money. And agent switched off the phone ...now after one month a new number tell me about legal action...if any one can take action on these scammers ??

I realized that it was a fraud after filling up an agreement form. I am worried because i submitted my documents ie. Aadhar. Please help. I was tricked into filling up the agreement and there was no mention that it was final and could not be changed. Now the agent is refusing to remove my account.

Maine job work demo parke unse utility charge k bareme pucha to unhone meri bat tal diya. Last minute tak unhone mujhe utility charge k bareme kuch nhi bataya. Ab maine kam pura kiya aur unse bat karke submit v kar diya . Fir unlogone payment nhi ki aur mera ph aur msg ka v koi reply nhi de rahe the. Achanok se kal 1 mahine bad mujhe legal charges ka ek mail aya aur bad me ph karke bolte hai ki mere naam pe case ho gaya hai abhi me agar bolu ki out of court satelment kar lungi to Rs. 18, 999 dene parenge . Yeah fir wo log case ko court me submit karenge aur mujhe arrest karba denge. Ab main kya karu mujhe kuch samajh nhi pa rhi hu. Hum bahat hi garib family se hu. Main kha se itne paise laungi. Plz meri madat kijiye.

Same thing happened to me also. Me vi 7 din me 700 so form complete ki. After complet unka koi response nahi aya, but 1 month ke baad suddenly cal kar ke bole ki mene multiple login kia hai, so mujhe 8000 dena padega dn also dy called me at 5.30 and dy ask me to pay to pay 8000 with in 6 otherwise dy ll give FIR on my name. When i started my work that time all phone are switch off. I ask dm to give me ur Company registration number and company name but dy are not ready to give me anything. Dy r continuously calling me and asking for money. Today morning dy ping me one msg as ligal notice. I said dy to take legal action. I ll recive stamp paper nd i ll verify that dn i ll pay. Number that dy r calling me [protected]. Adv.no(Aashiah ) -[protected].

As my action i m going to sarch Gujrat police number nd i m going to complain about dm. U pepole aslo do d same. I m going complain in cyber complain. I m going to attached all file. Please refer all number and u pepole aslo complain about dm.

These are the four numbers from which I'm getting call. And demanding for money. Please track these number and help us out otherwise more people will going to suffer because of these frauds

Yeh har kisi ke liye hai. Yeh 1 SCAM hai. Kripa karke koi paise transfer na kare. Woh aapka kuch nahi bigad sakte. Yeh dhamki deke paise nikalwana chahte hai. Numbers ko block kar dijiye. Gaali diniye inhe kyunki yeh kuch nahi kar sakte. Yeh isi dar ka fayda uthake paisa loot lete hai. Aap police mein ek formal complain bhi kar sakte hai

Guys, no need to het scared. These are SCAMMERS. They cant do anything. U can abuse them and block their numbers. Dont be scared of anything. These people try to scare us and take out money. Its a scam. Do not worry. If required file a complaint with your local police station.

I first worked for a company and I completed my task but they didn't passed my payments telling u have done multiple time login and now asking for fine money..
