I have booked 4 tickets (Amount 358 inr) for the fifa u17 world cup on 25.07.2017 at 8:41 pm. Due to some technical problem the transaction ended with '500 technical problem' but the amount has been deducted from my account. I am attaching both the technical error details and my transaction details. This is completely unethical and unlawful to deduct the money when your transactions are failing. Please refund my money immediately.

Booking under 17 football match ticket booking date 23/07/17 match date 7/10/17 between Brazil vs Spain . conformation id [protected]KZ[protected]. But ticket not received. I paid courier charge also..pls do the needful
