L G — lg tv -49lj61t-consumer bracket is not given by lg service

Hi team,

We have purchased lg tv on 10th october 2017.
Service team member name:-sanjay has came to install the tv.
But he has not provided us consumer bracket and now we are asked to pay the amount of consumer bracket.
This is not expected from the lg service team or lg team.
We have called to service team and they have not responded in the correct way and instead they are saying that we have received and we are asking one more extra bracket.

Please do not repeat this kind of things to any customer.
No one will come forward to buy the product if such instances happen.
No one will believe u people and its a big fraud thing you people are doing without giving entire things to customer.
