[Resolved] La Opala — Coffee mug set 6 pieces purchased seems to be duplicate

Sir/ Madam,

We purchased 6 pcs mug set for Rs, 350/- on 23.04.2017 from Sai Kitchen Gallery 7 S.A.S. Nagar Jalandhar contact number [protected]. On the very fist day when try to serve tea to guests two mug cracked by putting tea in them. We stopped to put tea and returned 6 pieces to your dealer for refund of money. Kindly look into the matter as these seems to be duplicate. We are using product of Borosil but such incident never occurred.
We request to improve your quality and create faith of customer in your product.

However, it may so happen that some hairline cracks may have appeared during transit which has resulted in the breakage.

If possible, please handover the damaged items so that we can send the same to our QM for further inspection.

Lapola dinner set we brought n at the back of every piece its written chip resistant n microwave safe. My 3 plates broken up .one because i served hot rajma chawal on it second one because of room temperature vegetable served on it third i used in microwave for 30 seconds as its written on it microwave safe. It has such a poor quality.
