Hello... I had ordered an 8 meter long MUSTARD color gown for an event. I received a YELLOW color gown .. and that too of cheap quality. I have requested the company to refund the amount back. To which they have said that they do not have a refund policy.
But this refund is not policy based. It’s cheating the customer showing a MUSTARD Color ans delivering a YELLOW Gown. That too of cheap work ans cheap fabric.
Requesting you to get my money back.
Also I had to buy another garment locally & spent 3400/- extra for the event. Lot of hassle arranging the new garment.
So I need the refund amount of the ordered gown 1634/- plus the compensation amount . As they have failed on the claims of the color and quality.. especially the MuSTard color is not there .
