[Resolved] Lakme — complain about service provided in lakme dadar parlour, mumbai

I went for a haircut to lakme dadar salon. The attendant priyanka refused to provide a haircut claiming that i had lice in my hair. And it was against their policy to provide service due to hygiene concerns. I soon figured the lice blame was a false one. I confirmed this with other parlour. I have been publicly embarrassed for a false reason. I have been a customer of lakme for 3 years and this is how they treat in exchange of customer loyalty.
