[Resolved] Lakme — hair smoothening service which is not been done properly

1 week ago i got hair smoothening treatment for my hair at lakmé salon barasat but my hair is still rough and hair fall with lot of knots in my hair. It looks like flat iron straight. I have done smoothening earlier 2 times by other salon and this is my worst experience in your store. Please refund my money (5600) or repair my hair as soon as possible
