[Resolved] Lakme — haircut service | |||
Worst service ever by lakme. Asked for a trim of dry hair and split ends and she reduced my hair length by 8 inches saying it was a mere trim and not short at all. She happened to be a stylist at the salon. Worst service at kilpauk branch, chennai. More over lies to my face saying she has not. Hair is such a personal feel to a girl and they don't just understand. Causing emotional trauma is inhumane. If she does not understand the difference between a layer and a trim why do they hire such people and charge such pricing. Iwould have rather chopped it myself than visit them. I have booked my 1st appointment with lakme app, as in app it showed me you vill receive 10% off on your 1st booking with lakme app but i didn't received any discount.
