Lakme — Inappropropriate cysteine treatment

I had got a call from lakme customer care after 2-3 days of lodging the complaint here. They said that I cannot make a complaint directly and I should consult them first for spoiling my hairs. They derecognised my direct complaint to them through email and were angry about why I made a complaint to consumer forum. I am residing in Baroda and had gone to my native place Bhopal at that time so took the treatment there. I am unable to visit Bhopal due to my hectic schedule. Kindly confirm whether there is any clause that a customer cannot make a complaint before notifying the damages to the company. Specially when a well-known brand is incorrectly applying the procedure. I was told at lakme bhopal to wash my hairs after 72hours of the treatment (in which my hairs were burned and roughened). Although lakme baroda people gave me information that the treatment products should never be kept so long in the same treatment as it may damage the hairs. I was also advised to keep the conditioner in hairs for 5 minutes although the time mentioned in the product is 2-3 minutes. How the procedures of the same brand for same treatment differ at different places? Neither getting any clue regarding what should be done with my hairs. Nor getting time to visit Bhopal (my native place) as strictly instructed by lakme people. Kindly provide a solution whether a customer can make direct complaints or not? And also whether I can visit lakme baroda for referring the problem.

Neither I am getting time to visit lakme Bhopal nor getting any clue what should be done with my rough and damaged hairs. While taking the treatment, lakme bhopal people told me to wash my hairs after 72 hours of applying the product and conditioner for 5 minutes (which is 2-3 minutes as mentioned in the given conditioner). I use to visit lakme baroda usually and i came to know from them that the product should not be kept in hairs for so long time as it will damage the hairs. How come the procedures and application of same product for same treatment differ at different places(which ultimately resulted in damaging my hairs).

Also, my information given in the complaint is mis-appropriated and misused as i had got a call from a fraudster (on the same day of getting a call from lakme)who claimed to be calling from lakme and knew all my credentials shared in the complaint and was asking my online banking id and password for transferring the compensation into my account.

These things are very weird and are even enough to loose the trust in the brand. Kindly provide some info regarding whether a customer can make a complaint directly here for the damages? Or else if there is a need to visit the saloon then can it be the near by one(lakme baroda)? Also what is the time limit for resolution of a complaint??

I[censored] had such smooth and silky hair naturally, why did you go for this treatment. Please never ever get any chemical treatment done to your hair. Use a straightening iron i[censored] want but chemical treatments always ruin hair.
