[Resolved] Lakme — laine salon bellandur - global hair colour complaint | |
Hi team, Last sunday i. E. On 2nd december i visited lakme salon bellandur branch, i had gone there for global hair colouring (Wine red) unfortunately the person who was giving the service didn't colour my hair full she did only half of my hair even though i kept telling that i need it full she started denying and making excuses that it won't look good or my hair is not virgin and so many stupid excuse. Also while she was giving treatment she was pulling my hair and while washing she was too harsh and rude, she wasn't concentrating on whatever i was saying she was just doing it as per her wish, also she was unhygienic and she said she has finger cut and due to which she was not able to wash, which is not fair you can't touch someone which bloody hand and this might transfer me some infection from her. I was completely unsatisfied with service and she was too rude to me. Please arrange for redone of my hair as i paid full amount for global hair colour but got only half of my hair colour done. I don't want that same person to do the redone please arrange for some alternative person. I am highly disappointed this is my first bad experience at lakme. Was this information helpful? | |
