I am not happy with the product.. It's been a long time i have been using this mousse but this time i ordered it from nykaa and when i applied it sometimes i get pimples and i thought that it is normal.. But when i apply it in a function my skin gets dark, it's not giving the result which i used to get it earlier.. The quality is very bad.. I need the money back or replacement..

I bought the lakme mascara a few days ago and when i opened it for using it, there was nothing in it. There were very less brushed t enable applying the mascara properly. It formed lumps on my eyes making them look very bad. I was very disappointed using it as it was the Diwali day.

I got my hair straight therapy done by lakme salon dwarka sector 4 and within 6-7days some parts of my hair looked wavy again. I contacted the salon but they are not responding well. Please suggest me what action or steps to be taken here.
