[Resolved] Lakme — non replacement of expired material | |||||
Hi, on 4th mar 2017 we gave the material to Lakme Agent which was going to expire within 1-2 months, and he received the material and send it to Lakme Distributor Shubhkaran which is situated in Hanumangarh. Now from 1.5 Years they didn't even given me old or new material. and continuously making us fool that company is not giving back. it was around 25000 amount which is pending at their end. in this context i have given so many calls to Lakme but there customer care are not even taking this complaint.
