[Resolved] Lakme — salon closing down and refusing to refund | |||
I had taken a root touch up package at the lakme salon, venice mall, greater noida, for 12 months for rs 12, 000. I was specifically told that i could redeem it at any outlet anywhere in the country, i have redeemed 7 out of the 12. The salon has closed down. No message was given to customers. When i went to another outlet, i was told that the owner of that salon, mrs neelam, was to transfer my account for me to use it. I spoke to her about a month back and she said she will look into it. However when i called her again, she says that she can do nothing about it. Am i to take that the package is down the drain. My number us [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
