Lakshmi Vatika Limited — Lakshmi Vatika Limited - Refund of Deposits

I had booked a plot of 100 yards in Dehradun for which I paid Rs 51, 000/- . I wanted to receive my money back as someone told me the company is fraud . When i sent registered letter to company's office in B.k.Road Delhi, The letter came back stating that office was closed for past a month i have also lodged a complaint with Delhi Police, Economic Offence Wing. However, not heard anything from them. . What Should I do Now ?? Plz help Thanks, Bharat [protected]
