Sample given for bt/ct test code h015 nd 016.
To my surprise... No stop watch was available to record time instead he has to use mobile for calculating time.. Means non certified / un - calibrated instruments.
2. Sample collecting person (Mr sandeep). Used a needle to # finger to check the flow of blood. Please note no #ing instrument was available how can he be perfect to puncture the finger up to certain required depth?
3. Not ascertained the position of finger at what angle the finger should be... How can be result accurate then.?
4. Wiping off of #ing finger blood with bolt paper done without following any time schedule
You will appreciate if procedure is wrong how could results be correct... Please do also provide the qualification proof of the person collecting sample mr sandeep (Emp id 010406.)
... Also procedure (Sop) not provided by lab. Even requesting a lot.
No complaint book available in lab.
Kindly ensure to address the problem in specified time else i need to move to higher authority to resolve the issues.
