I joined gold scheme in lalitha jewellery malleshwaram which was the worst decision i took.. The customer service is soo damm pathetic.. When i asked one of the sales men to show me a necklace he just askd be to wait and mentioned in a rude way that hes helping customers... If hes helping customer who m i??.. Just because the gold has to be purchased for the amount i have been paying.. I have no choice.. And the incharge there in jewellery asked me to write my feedback on a book.. Which i dont feel is gona make any difference... And coming to the quality part of it.. I also purchased a silver ring during the last visit... N i have no words to explain about it as the silver ring turned its color to almost bronze... Never again lalitha jewellery!!! Was this information helpful? |
