Not returning my advance money of inr 1, 15, 000 since 18 months. Though i gave advance notice

He is not bother to receive my call. He is staying in mumbai. This property is register in the name of her wife srikala. She works at canara bank and residing at canara bank colony, powai, mumbai

4 to 5 months back one tenant has staying. Now, he is completely ignoring me and saying he is not afraid of anything and saying do whatever you want to do.

As i am not from karnataka (Bangalore) hence he is taking advantage of being on outsider

I request you to please take this on priority and give proper justice
