Landlord — Landlord harassment | |||||
Respected sir, I am umashankar singh, working in a private organization, living in a rented house with my wife and an infant. My rented house addres is: house no 37, 1st floor, pocket 52, cr park, new delhi, pin: 110019. I am staying there for last 2 years. Presently my land lord is irritating me continuously and quarreling to leave the house and saying that they will call the police and that that are senior citizens hence, police will favor them. Any time they enter into our house and argue with us and say that "this is my house i can enter into room any time". My land-lord also not does not give me the monthly house rent bill. As per the current context i shall need time to relocate. They're both 60years plus and it's difficult to argue with them. Their son (Residing somewhere else) is driving them for this misbehavior.
